To provide transcription capabilities, VidScripta acts as a pass-through service interacting with public APIs (like YouTube) or utilizing isolated server-side machine learning inference. Once your transcript is returned to your browser, all temporary audio files generated during the process are securely and irreversibly deleted.
We use essential functional data (such as localStorage for saving your light/dark mode preference) to ensure the site operates correctly. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your activity data.
