VidScripta provides AI-powered video transcription for publicly accessible YouTube and Instagram Reels videos. The Service generates text transcripts with timestamps and supports time-range filtering. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and is provided on an "as-is" basis.
To access certain features, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

VidScripta offers Free, Clip, Reel, and Studio plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at solutions@vidscripta.com within 7 days of the charge.
All content, design, code, and branding within the Service are the property of VidScripta and its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit for transcription. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your submitted URLs solely for the purpose of generating transcripts for you.
Transcripts generated by the Service are derived from third-party video content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to use, store, and distribute any generated transcripts.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security (CSRF protection), and user preferences (theme). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram) becoming unavailable or changing in ways that affect transcription availability or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidScripta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
